Event Policy

General KASB Event Policy

KASB reserves the right to change event policy based on event needs. Please check your event page for specific policy questions. For any questions or concerns, please email KASB at pinpoint@kasb.org or Amanda Rollenhagen

    • Please send cancellation requests via email to Amanda Rollenhagen at arollenhagen@kasb.org. Telephone requests will not be honored. Exceptions may be made to this policy on a case-by-case basis by KASB.  
      • This request must be made in writing by email to Amanda Rollenhagen at arollenhagen@kasb.org. 
      • There are no refunds for no-shows.  
      • For General Event Registration Cancelation deadlines are as follows:  
        • 100% refund will be available if canceled on or before 60 days before the event date   
        • 50% refund will be available if canceled between 30-59 prior to the event 
        • No refund will be available if canceled after 29 days prior to the event 
  • KASB is a member-driven association, therefore anyone attending events operated by KASB must be a current member, these typically are board members or employees of a member district. The choice to sponsor a person that is not a current board member or employee of the member school district is at the discretion of the school district.

     

    • Masks are strongly encouraged during our three-day session. Attendees are encouraged to wear their masks in breakout rooms and the general session rooms unless eating or drinking.
    • Each room will have a hand sanitizer and disposable mask station for those who would like to use what’s provided.
    • Our staff will work to sanitize shared technology and speaker podiums in between sessions.
