RFQ FOR DESIGN BUILD CMAR SERVICES – ALL-PURPOSE GYMNASIUM, AG ED/CAREER TECH BUILDING, FOOTBALL FIELD & TRACK COMPLEX

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to solicit qualifications from design-build firms with capabilities to develop, design, install, and manage construction of a new all-purpose gymnasium, Ag Ed/Career Tech building, new track & field complex (8 lane regulation all-weather) track, football field, and home bleachers. For the purpose of this RFQ, “Respondent” refers to any entity or team that is qualified to provide all of the services as listed in this request. It is the intent of Syracuse USD 494 (Owner) to select the Respondent demonstrating the best overall value to Syracuse USD 494 (Owner), and to enter into an agreement to provide these services to Syracuse USD 494 (Owner).
