Whole Board Training

The KASB board development program offers on-site training designed to meet the needs of local boards. By working in the district with members of the board, KASB whole-board training stretches district personnel’s time and budget, and efforts are more productive. Other advantages to having a KASB staff member present an inservice locally include:
· Individualized instruction customized to meet local needs;
· Copies of materials;
· Follow-up activities available upon request; and
· Practical suggestions and guidelines offered to address local issues.
