The Research Bulletin is a flyer authored by the KASB research specialist. The newsletter is distributed in July and on an as-needed basis and is mailed on average about six to seven times a year. When the Research Bulletin’s topic is salary or negotiations, it is mailed to all board members, superintendents, clerks and school attorneys. All other Bulletins are mailed to superintendents and school board presidents only.
