The Kansas Association of School Boards is a not-for-profit organization which serves as the common voice for Kansas boards of education. KASB members are governing boards for unified school districts, community colleges, area vocational-technical schools and cooperatives, interlocals and regional service centers.
KASB is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of school board members from throughout Kansas. The Board meets five times each year. The day-to-day operation of the association belongs to the staff. KASB services are supported primarily through dues. This level of service is available to all dues paying members. KASB also provides specific services that are largely supported by fees. |
