The Board of Directors is made up of three elected officers including the president, president-elect and immediate past-president and 15 vice-presidents, one from each region. The 15 regions include ten geographic regions and five additional regions representing the five member school districts with the greatest full-time equivalent enrollment at the time of regional elections. There are also two ex-officio seats on the board.
